MULTIFUNCTION

ALTON PT 1220 polyvalent water-based APEO (ETHOXYLATED NONYL PHENOL) free additive for resins used in panel fibres  production and it is especially recommended for continuous production of thin panels. In general, it acts as a wetting, degassing and release agent; thanks to its wetting and fluidizing action, glue is spreaded evenly over fibres. These properties, combined with release action, reduce dirty on conveyor belts and presses.(more info)

SPRAY RELEASE AGENT

ALTON PT 410 water-based polyvalent additive especially used as external release agent during the production of chipboards, MDF and all types of  continuous fibres thin panels. It is a mixture of selected synthetic surfactants with excellent release properties, no foaming. It doesn't contain ethoxylated nonylphenols, waxes and oil and it is compatible with all main resins used to glue fibres. It is applied by nebulization on the mattress surface where can help to get a better heat exchange and on request on the band, where it works as release additive.(more info)

EXTERNAL RELEASE AGENT

ALTON P 1347 external  water-based dispersion, specially developed to obtain a release effect during all the fibres panels production, by using melamine, urea or phenol glues. It has to be applied on the press plates or on the pressing belts.(more info)

CATALYST FOR FORMALDEHYDE

ALTON ES 305 additive developed to reduce the free formaldehyde content during the MDF and chipboard production. The main activity of this product, can be detected during the pressing cycle, where it reacts with the free formaldehyde released by the resin.(more info)
