On Friday we said goodbye to Massimo Moroni, our first employee, who after 38 years of work leaves WIZ for his well-deserved retirement.

Massimo arrived in 1987, at the age of 23, when there was only Dr. Azario in the company in the first, tiny facility. He has seen the company grow step by step, until it has become today.

During his career he has held various tasks, contributing in a concrete and constant way to the development and management of the production site. In recent years he has played the role of SiteManager, coordinating the activities of the site and ensuring its smooth daily functioning.

With his retirement, operations remain fully guaranteed thanks to the coordinated work of several internal figures who already collaborate in the daily management.

Our sincere thanks go to Massimo for these 38 years of commitment, presence and continuity.
